This payment policy explains how payments are processed on Acidel and what you can expect when completing a purchase. We aim to provide a secure and transparent checkout experience for all customers.

Acidel currently accepts payments via PayPal.

PayPal allows you to securely pay using:
PayPal balance
debit card
credit card
linked bank account

You do not need a PayPal account to complete your purchase. PayPal allows guest checkout depending on availability in your region.

All transactions on Acidel are processed securely through PayPal. Your payment information is encrypted and handled directly by PayPal. Acidel does not store or have access to your full payment details.

PayPal uses industry-standard encryption and fraud protection systems to help ensure safe transactions.

When you place an order, your payment is authorized immediately. Once your order is successfully processed, you will receive an order confirmation email.

If payment is not authorized, your order will not be processed.

All prices on Acidel are displayed in GBP. Your payment will be charged in GBP at checkout.

If you are using a bank or card with a different currency, your bank may apply conversion fees. These fees are determined by your payment provider.

If your payment fails, please check the following:

billing address matches your payment method
sufficient funds are available
PayPal account is active

If the issue continues, please contact your payment provider or PayPal.

In some cases, additional verification may be required for security reasons. This may delay order processing slightly. If verification is needed, we will contact you via email.

  1. refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Once a return is approved and processed, refunds are completed within up to 10 days after the returned item is received.

After the refund is issued, your payment provider may require additional time to post the funds to your account.

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, the order may already be processed and cannot be cancelled.
