If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include clear photos showing the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost.

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, your order may already be processed for shipping and cannot be cancelled.
